Remember the "Governator" who was going to come in as Governor of California and shape things up? Hah!
Today they began talking about taxing services, something that only the bluest of blue states have implemented to pay for their excessive social programs. Up to this point, services such as massage, manicures, haircuts, etc. have been tax free... but not for long.
And after he promised no new taxes! Can we recall this guy?
